He married Maria Slichten 1661 in Kessenich. (Maria Slichten is #132.) Maria was born BEF 1641.

Cornelis Peters and Maria Slichten had the following children:

3 i. Rut³ Peters Rut (#2299) was born in Kessenich 14 Jan 1664.

4 ii. Jasper Peters (#2296) was born in Kessenich 14 Jan 1666.

5 iii. Corst Peters (#2297) was born in Kessenich 20 Feb 1670.

6 iv. Catharina Peters (#2298) was born in Kessenich 2 Feb 1675. She married Jacobus Swilliens 11 Mar 1696 in Maaseik. (Jacobus Swilliens is #2662.) Jacobus was born 10 Jul 1671 in Maaseik. Jacobus was the son of Adam Swilliens and Petronella Swaenen. (See Jacobus Swilliens for the continuation of this line.)
