He married Elisabeth Notermans 1 May 1751 in Maaseik. (Elisabeth Notermans is #1611.) Elisabeth was born before 1731.

Godefridus Bex and Elisabeth Notermans had the following child:

2 i. Joannes Reynerus² Bex Joannes Reynerus⁽²⁷⁾ (#411) was born in Maaseik 01 may 1752. Joannes died 21 Feb 1812 in Maaseik, at the age of 59.⁽²⁸⁾ Joannes was employed at as a employé à la Poste aux lettres in Maaseik 21 Feb 1812.
